About the Founder

Lisha Yakub was born in New York City and grew up in Santa Clarita, a suburb of Los Angeles. She is currently building a brand of youth-orientated content. Her latest films, "Operation: Neighborhood Watch!" and "Lift Me Up" both received worldwide distribution.

Prior to focusing on producing, Lisha managed writers, directors and producers under Discover Management. She developed and packaged several film, television and new media projects, as a manager. Lisha also worked for Elsa Ramo (currently Ramo Law PC), as a creative executive, and Sony Pictures Television in the international publicity department.

She has a B.A. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Hofstra Law School.
